I was actually about to make a post asking about resistance bands to see if anyone had any recommendations.
What do you want to do at the gym? What are your goals?
If you want to work with specific machines, and workout in a gym setting, a gym membership would be helpful.
If you just want to work on fitness and muscle strength, some resistance bands can also meet a lot of that criteria.
I’m an alright snep. The yarn really steals the show. :P
