-I can usually feel when I'm good to go (but sometimes I'm wrong!). Being able to identify this feeling of "emptiness" is a skill I've acquired through practice over the years
-Don't rush it, and don't worry if sometimes the clean out fails. It's a butt! Shit happens!

-once warmed up/cleaned out, I'll put a plug in and hold it in for 15 or so minutes while I go do other things (chores, set up the play room, whatever), if it comes out clean and I feel empty, I'm good to go
-if it comes out messy, I rinse/warm up with toys some more

-sometimes I'll put some water in me before the toys go in so the toys act as something of a plunger
-I warm up on the toys in the shower so any mess goes straight down the drain
-if I encounter mess, I'll give myself another rinse

-I have a shower shot, where I flood my guts with low pressure water, hold it in, then release it into a toilet
-I'll usually lube up few fingers and slip them in to help open myself up/get all the water out
-After a rinse out, I'll warm up on some toys

-I have 6 g of fiber, twice a day (morning and evening)
-drink lots of water regulary
-usually wait for a decent bowel movement so that I'm feeling pretty empty
