When Israel first bombed Iran they targeted the segregated trans ward of Evin prison, claiming it as "liberation".
Now they and the US bomb schools while crying "freedom".
Killing children does not free them. Killing trans people is not liberation. We must trust in the people to liberate themselves.

In light of recent news :)

Professor Louis Appleby covered up a policy which killed trans children so that the British government could kill some more through neglect and lack of care.

What did we say? The man is a child killer.

No fight of ours is built of despair. It is for the hope of a better world.
The verdict today says, "yes, temper that hope, but know that we are right to bank on goodness".

The fight for a free Palestine, like the fight for trans liberation, is a fight entrenched in basic humanity. And it is for that reason that we are winning.

Fist raised. Clad in black bloc or pink balaclavas. In a thunder of broken glass.

The Filton trial tells us two things:

1. The justice system cannot defeat us. If we trust in the inherent goodness of people, of empathy, of those of us willing to fight against oppression and genocide, we can and will be free.

2. Direct action gets the fucking goods.

the *free speech union* is trying to ban protest groups.

"Lord" Toby Young has recently pushed a law to ban us as "extreme criminal[s]" He knows that won't stop us.
When our freedoms - access to healthcare and dignity - are being attacked in the name of "free speech", direct action is a moral duty.
