The first 4 ounces of the 40 bags of alpaca I was gifted. Progress, however slow, is forward momentum β€οΈ
Two sock looper rugs completed π. These were a relatively easy and satisfying weaving project.
My current project measures about 3 1/2 pi.
I acquired a few hundred pounds of them and would gladly share with you if youβd like to try them. Let me know if youβd like to see pics of what I have.
The loops are hooked together. I was fortunate in that they were attached in a long chain when I purchased them from another weaver. I just cut the chain as needed when loading a shuttle. Then, when I start weaving with a new shuttle, I overlap the two chains and continue weaving.
Iβm so sorry for your lossπ’. I never was much of a cat person, but now canβt imagine my life without them.β€οΈ

While returning tests to my students today, one said, βIβm not a B student β. To which I replied, βthen donβt do B workβ.
Hope you are feeling better soon!
