My last #running post went crazy with likes & reshares, so I thought I’d say hello properly!

I’m Graham & I’m beginning a #NikeRunClub Get Started program.

I want to get running regularly after a 6 month break due to injury & inertia!

Thanks for all the support on run one & here’s to many more!

Some thoughts on the #F1 ‘new era’.

The changes add unnecessary complication & take away from the pure racing.

Is a driver slow or just recharging? Could they have closed a gap without a boost? Would they have taken that place without an unstoppable overtake button?

It feels artificial to me.

I had a geeky #F1 thought- whilst this season’s horrible Ferrari livery is clearly about making the sponsor logo stand out, to give the designers some credit it also appears to pay homage to a classic Lauda 1970s Ferrari
