"409" is a song written by Brian Wilson, Mike Love, and Gary Usher for the American rock and roll band the Beach Boys. The song features Love singing lead vocals. It was originally released as the B-side of the single "Surfin' Safari" (1962).[4] It was later released on their 1962 album Surfin' Safari, and appeared again on their 1963 album Little Deuce Coupe. The song is credited for initiating the hot rod music craze of the 1960s.[1]

"Green Onions" is an instrumental composition recorded in 1962 by Booker T. & the M.G.'s. One of the most popular soul songs ever,[1] and R&B instrumentals of its era,[2] it utilizes a twelve-bar blues progression and features a rippling Hammond M3 organ line played by frontman Booker T. Jones, who wrote it when he was 17, although the recording was largely improvised in the studio.[3] The track was originally issued on the Volt label (a subsidiary of Stax Records) as the B-side of "Behave Yourself" on Volt 102; it was quickly reissued as the A-side of Stax 127, and it also appeared on the album of the same name that same year.[4] The organ sound of the song became a feature of the "Memphis soul sound".[5]

The "James Bond Theme" is the main signature theme music of the James Bond films and has been used in every Bond film, starting with Dr. No in 1962. The piece, composed in E minor[1] by Monty Norman, has been used as an accompanying fanfare to the gun barrel sequence in every Eon Productions Bond film except Casino Royale (played fully, instead, at the end of that film). The "James Bond Theme" has accompanied the opening titles twice, as part of the medley that opens Dr. No and then again in the opening credits of From Russia with Love. In 2008, the original recording of "The James Bond Theme" by The John Barry Seven And Orchestra on the United Artists label was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame.[2]

"The Loco-Motion" was originally written for the R&B singer Dee Dee Sharp, but Sharp turned the song down.[1] The song is especially notable for making three appearances in the American top 3, each in a different decade: in 1962 by Little Eva (U.S. No. 1);[2] in 1974 by Grand Funk Railroad (also U.S. No. 1);[3] and in 1988 by Kylie Minogue (U.S. No. 3).[4]

I wish more people would go to the New York Sirens' home games at Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. The arena is always more than half empty. I wonder if it's a transit issue? They seem to be the only team not filling their arena by at least 2/3rds.
