Italy will hold a constitutional referendum on a major reform of its judicial system. The reform proposes a structural reorganization of the judiciary (#Magistracy) strengthening the executive in #Italy’s constitutional balance. It reminds the 2010 Referendum (Judicial Restructuring) in #Turkey.
