Just received news that 27 people have been arrested in Parliament Square under the Terrorism Act 2000 for holding signs saying "I oppose genocide. I support Palestine Action".
This is real police state behaviour.

On this VE Day I am thinking a lot about my father. From the age of 19 when he was wounded on Dunkirk beach until VE Day he was in combat. He knew only war and it would be hard to adjust.
