Thanks I have stuff from the doctors already for my face thankfully, just thought I could handle something that I can't so I just have to focus on making myself ok right now.

Massive rosacea flare up which burned/ stung so badly I woke up repeatedly through the night. That just two weeks after going nonverbal due to stress. Need to urgently get myself back on an even keel because I am not getting sick again.

Saw a video of George Harrison talking about feeling like an alien and I’m now in a very welcome Beatles YouTube hole.
