This is the first illustration for which I designed a golden frame, inspired by the works of the Kelmscott Press by William Morris and Sir Edward Burne-Jones, as well as Aubrey Beardsley's work on Le Morte d'Arthur.

My watercolor painting "Leshy"
Encounters with Leshy could take place anywhere in the forest, at any time. People inevitably get lost near Leshy's dwelling. Animals and birds are drawn there. Superstition says that forest creatures gather there before their death.
