My husband and I haven't crossed the border to the US in many years...(Europe was our preferred destination) but Minneapolis sounds like a place where we would feel surrounded by good people. We would go to Minneapolis! What wonderful courageous caring people. The world is watching. 👀❤️

I don't know the availability or legality in your part of the world, but if you can get your hands on some CBD oil, a few drops every few hours can alleviate the pain for this dear cat until the appointment tomorrow. It can't hurt, and might help. (Just drop in the cat's mouth)

This sweet creature (Olive) is visiting with us while her Mom attends to business in the city for a few weeks. She is senior, like me, and really enjoys an afternoon nap. (like me) While the world falls apart, she provides the calm in this household. This is 14 x 11, oil

This is Bella, our beautiful tuxedo cat from several years ago. We shared a love of books, and I've titled this one "Dear Life" after a book we both enjoyed at the time. She was a lovely cat.

We are hoping to see some "trick or treaters" this evening, and will be having many pumpkin pies this fall. ☺️ (I freeze the roasted pureed pumpkin in small volumes for soup or pie)

This painting is headed to Lunenburg Art Gallery for an upcoming show themed "She's Called Nova Scotia". It's 16 x 16, oil on canvas in a floater frame, and shows a local area called Dayspring, along the LaHave River. I've titled it "Share the Road". (as the sign indicates 😉)
