Look up where it is. High winds in Ottawa and cold but no snow
I didnβt hear it all but I believe it was a highly unusual notice from Springwater, Ontario telling people to stay off the roads because emergency services are no longer able to answer calls. Lake effect snow and high winds have created blizzard conditions.
Protect yourself - get vaccinated.
