Throw Back Thursday. I was talking the other day and @projectrunway came up. This was a pivotal moment for me. I come back from Italy and school with no prospects for jobs until I saw a contest to meet @timgunn and have him critique my work. I sent my shoe portfolio in and ended up winning.

I have 100’s if not thousands of sketches over the years. I use to toss them when I thought it was a wierd hobby I had that I couldn’t stop. I was yelled at by a friend who convinced me it was very important to save them.
