Big announcement! The inaugural winner of our graduate student video essay award is Veronika Hanáková (Charles University, Prague) with her piece "The Red Shoes: A Desktop Fairy Tale!” This is the first award through the Society for Cinema and Media Studies to honor videographic scholarship 🥳
