Anyone make cinnamon ornaments before? (It's a mini cookie sheet for my air fryer) these are my tests ones. 1 1/4c ground cinnamon & 1c smooth applesauce. They seem a bit dry and crumbly.

It has been a slow and long process of drying out oranges to make into some garland for my Yule tree and work cubicle. There's still ruby grapefruit drying in the dehydrator.
