I bought some plans for paper dissections, but it's been a challenge coming up with things for each week. I give them a checklist of organisms and key features to find and identify for each phyla we discuss to build a lab notebook, and then each week have a series of questions about those.
New parent academic first. Infant pooped on a manuscript I was reviewing. I don't think that was her opinion on the subject matter, more that it was just in her line of fire. Live and learn!

Looking for some suggestions!!! I have to move my invertebrate zoology class online in the spring. Moving the content is easy enough, but it's a lab course so I need to come up with lab-like virtual activities and am hoping that the collective can help make suggestions. Please share!
