It seems that there were a few minor errors in the last few calculations. They have been corrected, and due to this, the 2nd-last view of the fox has increased in size from 170 meters to roughly the size of West Virginia.
...Maybe I should make some practice problems or something.
Okay so I have news and bad news.
The good news is that we both missed something else: The production rate was in units of hours, and the flow rate was in units of seconds. Equilibrium is a lot larger.
The bad news is that the new equilibrium size is 228 kilometers and that's too big to see the fox.
It seems that you're right, I did indeed forget the tube size factor.
On the other hand, making this correction would signficiantly decrease the fox's boob size in the corresponding graphic, and we simply can't have that.
