Just finished "The Anxious Generation" by @jonathanhaidt.bsky.social. My leisure reading leans a lot more into fiction, but a very readable book with some excellent science communication. I very much appreciate the summaries at the end of each section and loved the next steps for parents.

First post: mornings in Kentucky can be pretty spectacular. This was a campground near Mammoth Caves National Park.
