If we are to have a vote on separation, it should be the Forever Canadian question! It is constitutional and it was the first to achieve the required signatures.

Under no definition of leadership do you start proposing solutions without defining the problem. And no it’s not immigration which has declined sharply in the past 2 years

None of Smith's referendum questions are likely to result in actual policy change.

Because they require constitutional amendments (federal veto) or are plainly unconstitutional.
