But yea, my reasoning is based on my partner’s (who’s DS main) testing and our combined experience in the current competitive scene.

That said though, Draj is overall a solid deck, I hope you have fun with it! 😊

Tldr if Draj gets some cards that either shield better or can play in T2, he’s probably back on the map.

I’d consider him kinda like a sleeping giant deck, because if he does get rolling, the power down + VG Crit + Multi Rearattack with potential additional drives you gotta respect.

While Draj himself is a strong VG, his entire support is geared to his T3 and onwards without giving him much additional shield, so most decks will just stomp him before he has the chance to become dangerous (usually his T4, T5).

Most decks performing well have a good amount of early game/can commit board in R1 (going second) or R2 without losing hand advantage thanks to cards like Shenryi, Cergaon, Harvest Elf or have more inherent shield value to help them endure.

I hope you don’t mind me answering this here! Drajewled is a deck a strong VG skill, which usually is a good thing for competitive viability.

However the issue that Drajewled has in Competitive Play is that the deck is too slow for the current state of the game.
