I’ve just started revisiting their work, they each did a video of the time they spent together in Boston and I want to include one from each of their channels that I think best demonstrates what they do. Rachel’s my favourite but I like them all πŸ˜€

I agree 😊 Bernadette has another video out that I might share later. I started to compile a playlist of all of them for you to compare, including a couple of videos that they made together, and I might still do that one day πŸ˜€

Peter Mandelson released from bail conditions Police have decided former minister is not a flight risk, but he remains under investigation

A reminder that there are young people in the UK who have been held in prison for up to two years without conviction for allegedly dismantling weapons of genocide.

The government has been proven wrong on all accusations against them so far.

It seems people have to actively seek a 'disregard' to get their 'non-criminal offences' off their criminal record.

I think it actually said 'proactively' but I cant see how. You can't seek proactively if you don't know whether law is going to be changed πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

I see your point but the law about being gay wasn't ruled by the Crown Court as being an unlawful law... it was changed thru multiple challenges over years... I've honestly no idea

It means the repeal does not get everyone who was arrested at the time of this farcical proscription, off the hook. Its why people who were arrested and charged with eg. being gay, have to get a pardon, sometimes posthumously ☹️

Not all of the MPs who supported proscription will support an appeal. Karl Turner voted in favour of proscription because it was packaged with two genuine terrorist groups, he now thinks he should have stood his ground and refused to be bamboozled. I doubt he’s alone.

A law that is judged to be unlawful is no law at all and doesn’t need to be repealed. It is those who enforce such a law are that are acting illegally, even if they were unaware that they were doing so.
