Struggling to find a literary agent interested in erotica here in the U.K. I’ve got what, I think, is a well written 60k book here just crying out for a good home…. Anyone got any suggestions?

Just finished the 1st draft of my erotic romance. Started in November. A touch over 66,000 words. Edits will bring this down during editing, but it should still end up at over 60,000.
Already have ideas for a sequel… 😂
Suggestions on how to get it published once I’m ready gratefully received…
No updates for a while. Been busy with different things, including writing! Now up to 38k words on my novel, with the overall structure also pretty much finalised. I reckon it will take another 20-25k to get it over the line before editing. Pleased with myself actually…
My questions are this, I guess.
Is Erotic Romance even a recognised genre?
If it is, does anyone have recommendations for me to read to improve my own style?
Any other tips for this type of writing?
Thanks!

I’ve now changed my approach, writing a lengthy prelude, trying to bring context and atmosphere to the following scenes. It’s all very rough and is going to require months of polishing, but I’m already much happier. The book’s turned into an erotic romance, without me ever aiming for that initially
It seems to be a must for all those authors to have an explicit scene every two or, at most, three pages. And it all gets a bit repetitive…
I started my own efforts two weeks ago and the first 6,000 words came easily enough. But after a critical re-read I’d obviously fallen into the same trap.
Just joined here. Also just embarked on a new project - writing.
After years of wanting to write and not finding a subject, I suddenly hit on the idea of writing erotica.
Read quite a bit of the genre, and while they all start off fun, inevitably all those stories become a bit boring…
