Standard time

One of the main things health experts were saying is that standard time is what our biological clock and systems work better on for better health.
Less health issues, less taxing the system and less cost seems like a huge reasons not to go to permanent daylight time

Yeah, so many variables

There is some merit to that.
They say teenagers learn better later in the morning and not getting up so early 🤷🏻

BC construction workers start when there is light out.
That means they would start later in the winter and work later in the evening

I didn’t know about it until I heard the results on the news
Seems it wasn’t very well advertised

Apparently there was an online survey somewhere.

The survey had a choice,
either quit daylight savings or go to permanent daylight time.
There wasn’t an option to go to standard time.

That’s why the survey overwhelmingly said go to daylight time as no one wants to keep switching back and forth

We deal with time zones already but being on an “island” by ourselves seems dumb
Standard time would have been better for everyone’s health and for businesses

I meant that they would switch to permanent standard time as the makes more sense business wise and for kids walking to school in the dark in the winter

I doubt it will be the last time.
After a year or 2 of permanent daylight time, there will probably be a backlash

I’m not sure why she does this. Maybe a thing where she wants to play or maybe because she’s herding me as she has some border collie in her.
She’ll grab my foot mid air when we’re jogging.
