I’ve been in L&D for about 10 years. I need to pick some kind of certification to earn. I was thinking PMP at one point but any others I should consider?

I don’t have paid but I’m probably going to get it. I did tell it to always use customer and it still forgot later down the thread.

When I use ChatGPT and forget to update client to customer per our brand standards and send something for review to Brand 🤦🏼‍♀️

Sometimes in L&D you feel like you are annoying people to get them to review things so you can meet deadlines.

They are all separate meetings. We would never get it done meeting together! Each person has a different communication style and no one has turned stuff in on time.

Trying to keep my notes in one note so I can search and find things… but physically writing my notes helps me remember so much better.

Feeling refreshed after a 6 day Thanksgiving break. That’s good bc I got a lot to finish before EOY.
