Sen. @noelframe.bsky.social rightfully pointing out that while everyone says they hate B&O tax, she worked for years to replace it and businesses resisted those efforts. Everyone prefers someone else pays the bill for services we need in a modern economy, but that won't work.

Lewelyn has lived in the U.S. for 50 years. She’s a green card holder, a lab technician at UW Medicine, and a trusted pillar in her family. Now, she’s in ICE detention while trying to come home after visiting loved ones in the Philippines.
