Distant Worlds concert! It was so lovely getting to experience some of the FF14 & FF16 songs with a live orchestra :D 🎻🎹

did a quick impromptu day trip to ALA last weekend! I forgot how fun it is to be at cons and see friends again 🥹

sometimes I still miss the days where I had way more time (and energy) to draw and produce merch, esp since I transitioned into working full-time in healthcare now u_u and the IRL interactions with fellow fans/artists too. but I def don't miss how unpredictable it was financially lol

one big reason why I chose to go back to school for my 2nd degree was also due to this.

I def enjoyed getting the opportunity to travel and meet so many cool people back when I had the chance & time to try out artist alley as a source of income briefly. but it is indeed VERY unstable financially

wheezes just gotta get thru one more day of work and then quick day trip to ALA trip this weekend! \o/

idk why but younger me from 15 yrs ago would have thought it was impossible to do so. but I’m glad to always have that reminder that even if life gets busy, it doesn’t mean you have to throw away or forget the hobbies and little things that spark joy to you 🥹

ngl it feels really inspiring running into accounts where ppl still like nerdy anime/video game stuff in their free time AND also balance working in healthcare too

I hope everyone can remember your art is more than the numbers it gets. The internet is not as kind to art as it was a decade ago. I hope everyone can keep creating even if it's just for themselves.

I wish I had managed to draw more 3Houses art back when the hype was around 😔 but sadly that was also the point in my life where I was getting burnt out from all artist alley stuff I was doing, needed change and was considering transitioning back to school. and then ofc pandemmy happpened so lol

ngl I'm super curious how the new FE game will turn to be like! I didn't pick up Engage, but I still remember how Fire Emblem Awakening was one of the first games back in college to really pick up my interest. and I'm so grateful I got to meet a lot of fellow art friends and fans thru it as well

I still have to take my board exams less than 2 weeks from now and wait for my actual diploma to get mailed in, but it feels so good the last 2 years of hard work are coming to a close ☺️ there was def a lot of frustration and tears some days, but I'm so grateful for everyone's support along the way

anyway some exciting news/life update - I graduated school just this month!! yahoo!!!

it’s been so draining on me mentally trying to push thru my final semester of school atm and I just miss the messages of being able to “forge ahead” despite all odds and all that I really need to hear again 😭😭😭

one of these days I really need to replay Shadowbringers and Endwalker again to relive and feel the excitement again I had experiencing the story from those expacs 🥲
