this sounds like a fucking ad but i personally use bitwarden for this & i have been for years, its relatively user friendly & encrypted. if you dont have a password manager AT ALL, i recommend starting here, best part is its 100% free to use

practice general online safety too- use long passwords & keep your passwords in a secure location, enable 2fa where applicable & keep your backup authenticator codes in a secure location also. its easy to lose access to important logins, use something like a password manager to keep them all secure.
