Solid article overall but perhaps Jimmy Walker (#1 draft pick from Roxbury ) deserves a mention as does Rick Brunson (Salem, Ma) . You can argue Patrick Ewing was perhaps the last blue chip prospect from Boston (high school ball at Cambridge Rindge and Latin) before Clarke.
Yeah this season we are seeing how much luck/variability can effect the final score when you are at a talent deficit. Pritchard also had an open jump shot that hit the back of the rim that he makes 7 times out of 10.

North end is nice to walk around and Neptune Oyster still has the best lobster roll (it’s tiny and no reservations so come early or late to avoid a long wait). Old North Church is right down the street.
A Fenway Park is fun but not the best weather today. The Isabella Stewart Gardner museum is worth a visit (and you can learn about the heist) and in the same neighborhood.
