Prepping the penultimate AP chapter of Shattered Star as one of my longest running players returns to the group after dealing with some midlife medical issues and his chaotic energy already has us looking ahead to the next AP (looking like Ironfang Invasion).
That's about normal. On a good pace it should be about every 4th session. But you could slow it down. If you halve progression or level up by milestone instead of XP you can set the pace they want. I like slow progression because it allows for things like hexploration and world building.
