This is 100% possible and a great project. Just keep the LMA tube > 10mm - internal diameter

I really do not understand how they offer these products for this price. Having produced leather gear for over 20 years now there is no way I could come even close to producing something like this and not go broke. Buy one or two while you can.

I can relate to that - I learnt early on ( but still do not accept), it's never that simple.. After 20+ years of designing and building things you would think it gets easier, but nope. The projects just get more complicated.

S10 is great for this. It can easily be modified for breathing circuits and snap on eye covers... The genuine S10's are very comfortable.

Oh - Use a curved LMA - not the flexible one... You will have allot more success.
