I should add we do model the carbon estimate of our projects using a calculation we’ve created. But what happens when a service goes live and into the wild? That’s a bit I’m interested in.

We've planned a fantastic day on 3rd July, packed with inspiring talks from leaders in our industry, immersive workshops with plenty of practical tips to take away, and lots of opportunities to connect with the community.

Everything I’ve seen is about the impact on humans (rightly so) but I’m looking to learn and test more about long term modelling in very specific use cases, as part of creating a sustainable service. Looking at where it *makes sense* to use such models, to actually reduce carbon.

I can’t help but feel this all hangs off of co-designed principles for responsible and sustainable use. Like, obviously pretty much everyone is using GPT or similar, in one way or another, and I don’t think we should discourage that entirely, (some great applications in the inclusion space etc)
