RIP Hideaki Hatta.

The first half was really interesting, but I found the back half a bit of a slog. Heinlein is such an interesting author. He was so prolific that there’s a pretty wide spread of quality in his different titles. Moon Is a Harsh Mistress is still probably my favorite.

It makes me happy to see this. Sometimes I think I’m the only one who loves Escaflowne because not many people around me know it.

Escaflowne was one of the animes that first got me interested in the genre. While it may not be the most polished, I quite enjoyed it, and the soundtrack to the movie is amazing. #FilmFriday #FilmSky #anime #movies
