Made a new dessert dish for the restaurant. Riesling wine poached pear, brown butter caramel, corn cremeux, buckwheat shortbread.

I’m a part time librarian and I just want to echo what I’ve seen other librarians say recently: there is a HUGE uptick in requests for social justice, climate justice, abolition, history, etc books and I just want to say nobody is giving up the fight. If anything people are fighting harder #library

Yall ever get overwhelmed by the news & social media then decide to take a break from it but then feel immediately guilty that you have the privilege to walk away from it & go into a spiral? 🤠

I would love to engage in conversations but most the time I have nothing to really say anyway 😂

A fresh new platform to silent follow everyone & not engage in any conversations bc I hate being perceived but I like to participate.
