This morning at Dept of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) HQ in DC as mandatory return to office began, this video played on loop for ~5 mins on screens throughout the building, per agency source.
Building staff couldnβt figure out how to turn it off so sent people to every floor to unplug TVs.
It's the small things: working next to my partner when the air comes on. At the same time, he's on a meeting discussing CPUs, and asks, "but will that increase our air flow?"

I need more coffee, obvy. I think he's giving me the side eye wondering why I'm chortling.
I then dreamt that the leader of the area was obsessed with me and trying to capture me, so it turned into a huge escape-from-fhe-city adventure.
I'm super tirednthis AM. Pretty sure loud asshats coming in after last call and waking me up weren't imagined.
Well, last night either people came loudly down the hall at 0200, or I dreamt it. I became increasingly angry and then knocked on a door that was playing TV really loudly. (That part was certainly a dream, as it wasn't cold and a lot of other people were still up).
Last night, I dreamt I stole a black footed ferret from a zoo. Well, borrowed it. But then it got lost in my apartment/hotel room, and then I got lost trying to find my way back to the zoo.
Because why not casually borrow a critically endangered native species?
Curious to see what tonight holds.
Because sleepy brain decided THAT made the most sense. Obvy.
I haven't been sleeping that well in College Station, which means I wake up a lot, which in turn means I remember my vivid dreams.
1st night here, dreamt I got stuck in a hiking pit. My subconscious said nah, let's not have a nightmare, and the pit turned out to be made of bread. I ate my way out.
It's not a bad one π
