I'm obviously really good at creatures, but I really think I'm pretty solid at acting and subtle expressions when I'm doing narrative work (comics/storyboards) I've been told I have a really good sense for pacing too---all of this being stuff that exists only in private wips or NDA form 💔

Oh my god do they really?? I got a pretty normal reply when I emailed them to turn off mine a year or so ago, but then recently I tried to get help for an issue and I got annoyed at their AI chat bot, and when a real person stepped in they told me "if you can't be nice we aren't going to help you"

I was genuinely so distraught at the thought of losing this plant after losing so much already in the past few years. Special shout out to my tiny army of snails for debriding all the dead tissue and helping the little sprout bounce back from the brink of death.

I got this spider plant from Tom Lyle and his wife while I was at SCAD. I watched his pets/plants often and asked for a cutting. It almost died this year bcuz of my life turmoil, but I put it in my fishtank and it slowly came back.

Lyle was an amazing artist and a great teacher, I miss him so much

I'm ready to leave this year behind because well, it was a bad one! Really really bad for me! Extremely stressful events back to back, had a bunch of my belongings destroyed for no reason, just not great!
