i find it pretty funny when someone says their fursona is a bat or something and then i look and its this

beastieball is a sport.
it's widely popular and inherent to beastie behavior, but it's just sports.
many npcs also express disinterest or even a dislike of it, coaching a team of beasties is very much not the default.
that's why I said the scale is not similar to the other stuff you listed pfft
