Dad's teaching me how to make roux for gumbo. Basically the approach is to stir it every time you think about it, so we're both sitting at the kitchen table showing each other memes until we remember to stir the roux.

Real question though:

Why are all the tattoo artists I'm interested in based in the outer reaches of Germany. Not Berlin, not near Belgium or the Netherlands. Just places I've literally never heard of before and have no reason to visit otherwise. Not very cost effective!
