I love the soft and gentle colors. They make the scene seem to calm. But the ocean waves aren't calm and her expression seems troubled.

I find simply getting up and doing ANYTHING physical without media input is very helpful. I also find that not getting new input during that time makes is much much easier to get back into work!
I love walks, but if you don't have the time, opening the window can already help as well.
