Very concerned at the flippant and mainstream assumption that the US "works for Israel" bc it shifts blame away from the US as driving literally everything going on right now.

Given their connection to America’s religious history, their attentiveness to the concerns of non-college-educated Americans and their sheer demographic weight, evangelicals have a great deal to contribute to American society. Increasing the evangelical presence in boardrooms, elite universities and high courts would not only give those institutions access to a large pool of talent. It would also help restore trust in American institutions and ensure that they really do represent America in all its diversity.

They like to make it out like they are "exceptions" to ivy wokeism because the truth is Harvard, Yale, and Princeton are inherently conservative entities that reify existing systems of power and what they actually want is Ivies to be more exclusionary in their service of the rich and powerful.

Harvard and Yale and Princeton are so hostile to conservatives and so good at "liberal brainwashing" that *checks notes* the top conservatives went there and are *checks notes* very conservative.

One of the students in my PhD cohort was airforce and did his dissertation on comparative forms of terrorism and they prob would have called him, a conservative, woke for highlighting how alt-right domestic terrorism is more common than int'l terrorism.
