Finland's homelessness numbers are good. However, as a Finnland resident I never heard about plans to have a 4x6 week by the government.

Also, it is possible that eyes are sore because during the cold many people are inside with bad illumination and tiring their eyes.

Explanations are that indoor evaporation is higher. Indoor air obtains its absolute humidity from outside while the capacity to hold water depends on the indoor air temperature. Therefore, the deficit is higher. Other factors may be physiological reactions to cold.

This is wrong. Evaporation depends on the vapour pressure deficit not the absolute humidity. Absolute humidities (amount of water / Volume of air) are lower but also humidity at saturation. Usually evaporation rates are lower when it is cold.

I liked it. It was my best book so far in 2025.

I think the problem is the definition of Socialism in the USA. I think all Finnish parties (except the so called "True Finns" would be socialist in the USA).

We can agree without sticking to the definition of terms that governments and societies support the use of fossile fuels with 5.7 Trillion $.

I think there is a distinction about subsidies from a trade policy and general economics point of view. Failure to charge polluters for environmental costs is not a subsidy under trade agreements. However, in economic analysis the effects are largely identical to subsidies.

We need to renovate the West Wing in the style of NeuenSchwanstein.
