Finished up my Zontari Endrin Dock for my KO. This one was a fun change of pace to paint and I added a spare model of the month to it as well which works quite well.

That’s the darkwater box finished. Painting the heroes last was a great choice each one is so different and you can really play with each models colour palette. Getting closer to the painting goal, now onto something totally different.

Taking a break from the darkwater box. I’ve painted up another Killteam, really got the urge to build and paint them following the class being added to darktide. Pretty happy with the end result using a dark purple instead of black.

Gelgus pust is done really happy with this one as the big bad of the box it was a fun one to paint and make look gross. That’s all the villains done onto the heros next.

I just liked the paint colour for the cloth gives a bit of vibrancy to the overall look.

Finished up the blight templars. Really cool sculpts on these guys I liked making the weapons look flesh like and rusting all the armour. Almost done with the villains of darkwater.

I do a navy blue paint on the base then a layer of pva glue. Once that’s dried I do a shade of kroak green then a few drops of a frost fx paint from vallejo before the shade is dried. Then once it all dries it leaves white cracks within the dark green giving a cool swap look.

Started painting up the new dark water set with the mire kelpies. Fun little models which were quick to do and good practice for making swamp bases.
