Totally. It's a common problem with the investment thinking.. I'm pretty sure we can use infrastructural improvement but the relentless singular focus in that direction is galling when actual activity is so difficult at so many levels right now.
Would have been good to balance this additional infrastructure money in the arts with funding for actual artistic activity.
