A 3D render of a LNER K2 class 2-6-0 steam locomotive. It is a work in progress and missing details along the chassis.

This is Janet, a new character who'll be introduced in #STMY. She's based at Barrow along with Neville and Caden, and is the NWR's current no. 11.

I'm using Bandicam to record my modelling of her, and will be doing a multi-part video series showing my techniques for modelmaking.

So after neglecting this for a month after initially starting it, I've decided to resume work on my Pluto Kuiper Express model, and I must admit that it's coming along very nicely. It's still got a few things that I need to figure out, but overall I'm pleased with how this model looks now.

Hi, folks! Here's one of my earliest and still favourite animations, created in 3ds Max in 2011. It's shows the hellish landscape of Earth's Hadean Eon, shortly after the formation of the Moon, more than 4 billion years ago.

A Furness Railway 115 class is seen backing onto his train at Vicarstown station, while he's in a foul mood. The coach at the head of the train can be seen with an anxious expression, as it seems to have taken notice of the engine's mood, and is hoping that he won't take his anger out on it, or any of the other coaches. Haven't really posted anything with my Roblox models recently, though it's mainly because of my other hobbies, and the fact I'm hoping to get a new PC soon, since Windows 10 support is ending this Tuesday.

In the meantime, I figured I'd post a new screenshot anyways, as I think it's a bit overdue.

A brand new game from Dovetail Games, the developers of Train Sim World, has just been announced - and we've helped out!

The Reverend Wilbert Awdry had a 3D Relief Map of the Island of Sodor made in 1950...

I found a way on how to make swarms of planetary objects with "chaotic" orbits, so I decided to make a quick little test animation of several protoplanets whizzing past in a sort of "celestial roller derby" if you will.

So here's something new for me. Yesterday I thought it'd be a fun idea to try and make a 3D model of a proposed mission that ultimately never was. Now I don't have any experience with modelling spacecraft in 3D, so I don't expect myself to be able to finish this, but at least I'm making an attempt.

So this is a revised version of a video that I posted last month, because a paper just came out earlier today saying that Rho CrB d was actually just a false positive, so I had to re-render the system just to remove that one planet.

It's been a while since I posted a video involving my Roblox engine models, but I figured that I'd make one before the year ends, especially since it's been nearly a year since my last RWS-related video.

I've heard about planet WASP-76b showing hints of optical phenomenon called Glory. It looks like iridescent rings caused by liquid droplets in clouds. In this case the liquid droplets are made out of molten metal in the clouds of this hot Jupiter planet.

Here's Eris and Dysnomia, because I made some new textures for Eris last week, based off research suggesting that Eris might be a Sputnik world. (i.e. it has a surface of icy convection cells, akin to Sputnik Planitia on Pluto)

Two Jovian moons Io and Europa eclipses the sun darkening Jupiter's sky. Volcanic plumes and sulfur halo can be seen around Io and water ice jets are erupting from Europa's crust. Also Jupiter's rings, solar corona and zodiacal light also glows in this darkened sky #SciArt #spaceart #Jupiter
