According to the ICE website, they do not need judicial warrants to detain people.
The warrants they do use come from "trained, authorized immigration officers", rather than judges.
Meanwhile, the police require JUDICIAL warrants from REAL JUDGES.

I personally use open-ear ones. But I also had a pair of in-ear ones for my computer that I had to replace with a headset. But I do really like my open-ear ones, I wear them all day lol.
