I'm embarrassed to say I'm late to the party for this! I have done several broadcast history projects and am starting to work on one about the history of shortwave broadcasting. I used the LOC a while back working on NBC's 75th Anniversary. How can I learn more?

A perspective worth thinking about, though the writer states "I still hope that social media itself will fade away", and I'm not sure I agree. Can that door be closed? I still love staying up-to-date with friends; I'm not sure that Bluesky will become algorithmically rotten and/or an "echo chamber".

I'm really enjoying Bluesky so far! But it's been a long while since I've posted unguardedly, as I did earlier on in my social media career (going all the way back to my Echo BBS days). I came to Twitter late, but think this style fits me better than FB. Just not sure I have much more to say. 🤔

Very true. I meant it in terms of Trump becoming president or not. Even when he lost the national vote in 2016 he "won".
