I cannot believe Rave Racer is finally official on modern consoles after 30 years as an arcade exclusive. It's beautiful

But the damage is surprisingly minimal, so I am pleased that I didn't lose any critical data, only a few minor, unrelated files. Just that now I have to email my business partners, and some very small % of services that I registered through those emails to be a little side-quest for me lol.

So in the aftermath, I had to reinstall Windows, made a Proton Mail just for recovery (their security measure is insane), lost 3 emails, and lost my Discord account.

As of right now, they are still reviewing my case, so I guess finger-crossing on that one to retrieve Snappy back; if not, then I'd have to accept the loss and make a new Discord account, which should not be an issue for me.

This also goes to Discord. Ironically, the hijacker was supposed to take over Tenkitsune Discord account, which is way more important, but I was signing on Snappy account at the time, so they stole the Discord token from it, and I dodged a bullet.

Google Support have no tools to assist you, and you'll be stuck in a loophole that was created by themselves, since there's no way for you to recover those emails, even through their automated recovery process.

What they have done to my three Google Accounts was that they took my Chrome browser cookie, and bypassed 2FA, then put me in a Google Family link, then changed my birthdate to under 13 to make Google believe the hijacker as the sole owner of that account.

They did attempt to access my main services/data mailbox, but it was locked behind two-step verification, which, since then, I have put in place additional security measures on my current email that are still working.

A very quick update on this situation: Upon further inspection, it turns out that all of my critical music/project files are still intact; only a few minor files are missing because it wasn't the email that was being compromised.

I am not being hacked but my email does get compromised and Bluesky asked me to post this to authenticate my account

I am aware that it happened right before my eyes last night. I am currently being logged out of that Discord account. I lost my three emails, and quite a few data from it.
