Sometimes wounds reopen because they've never truly healed, either they've been ignored, buried deep down or covered by something else so they seem less unsightly amongst all the other bruises.
How are you, sometimes even though I'm asked that, it's never more than a spur of the moment response than ever having the time to explain what I'm feeling.
I've often compared myself to a sponge because I take on so much of people's opinions, worries and dramas, that little space is left for me...
Having a weird mind on my way to the shops, a flurry of memories or experiences that just seem to make themselves known again, some odd, some painful and particularly those where I sought to fulfil the needs of others but never my own.
