There is No Scientific Justification to Revoke the Endangerment Finding
The U.S. EPA's decision to repeal the Endangerment Finding will limit the government's ability to regulate emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases under the Clean Air Act.
As I say here, there is no scientific justification to revoke the engagement finding. In fact, over the last 15+ yrs, the evidence of how climate change affects our health has only grown. Higher risk of allergies, dementia, fertility, heart disease, and death: that’s what’s on the line. @nature.org

Environmental groups and labor respond to Governor McKee's push against renewable energy and energy efficiency
"I believe [Dan McKee]’s going to roll back on a lot of these things because, honestly, I think he got some bad advice because the numbers don’t work," said IBEW Local 99's Joe Walsh.

Yesterday, clean energy advocates gathered for a press event to speak to the concerns and consequences that would follow if Governor McKee’s FY27 budget was passed as it stands today. Renewables are not to blame for our states high utility bills. Clean energy is affordable energy.

Lobbyists' Opposition to Climate Legislation Has Profound Effect, Brown University Report Finds - ecoRI News
There is often aggressive opposition to climate legislation from Rhode Island’s main utility company and business interests.
Our recent study on lobbying and testimony against climate action in RI. My observation is that having leveled the bureaucracy and commitments of the USA at the federal level, the howitzer of anti-climate pressure is being leveled at the states. Even the blue ones. ecori.org/lobbyists-op...
