In the Central Valley, California's Department of Cannabis Control and Department of Fish and Wildlife conducted their largest operation to date, seizing 105,700 illicit cannabis plants and 22,057 pounds of processed cannabis worth $123.5 million.
Governor Newsom’s May Revision includes proposals that prevent fee increases, expand enforcement tools, enhance local access to enforcement and strengthen consumer protections.
