Curiously enough not many people in on a sunny Saturday in Tivoli. Residents I spoke to are supporting libdems on May 1st. In Lansdown & Park division those looking for an upgrade from the Tory council in Gloucestershire of the past 20 yrs - look no further than the top of the ballot paper.

This morning I presented the Sunshine Bill to Parliament.

I am delighted to have received a positive response from the Minister, with a commitment made to bring forward the principles of the bill later this year. I look forward to working cross-party with the government on this plan.
